His background spans private aviation, medivac operations, and pilot training, positioning him as a highly respected and capable leader in the industry.
Leadership & Strategy
Hennie plays a key role in shaping the direction and operational excellence of Intertwined Aviation. He has successfully established and developed Part 91 aviation departments, ensuring they operate with precision, safety, and full regulatory compliance. His hands-on involvement in medivac operations reflects his ability to perform under pressure, where quick decision-making and flawless coordination are essential.
Beyond operations, his impact extends to developing people. With over 3,000 hours of flight instruction across multi-engine turbine and jet aircraft, he has trained and mentored pilots to meet the highest professional standards, strengthening both individual careers and the industry as a whole.
